Peter Refaat Nous - JRN Community Housing
JRN Community Housing

JRN Community Housing is named in memory of my brother Joseph Refaat Nous. Joseph passed away in October 2016 at the age of 37. Joseph suffered severe mental illness and even though he tried so hard sometimes, he was judged by others and he chose to self medicate which was his biggest downfall in the end. We run our houses for all sorts of people, those who need a fresh start, a push in the right direction, homeless or just haven’t been able to find the right place before now. We have a good support network that we can get you in touch with depending on your needs. We understand how hard it is to get approved for a rental these days and like to give everyone a fair go. We have zero tolerance for drug use. We have multiple houses, apartments and share housing. if you’re using drugs, you can also contact us and we can point you in the right direction to get help and support and then put you into one of our temporary crisis sober houses. We also run community meals from our food truck and feed the homeless.
