At last weeks Board meeting reports were received from all Directors. After consideration Tim has decided to postpone the Christmas in July dinner ; Peter has organised two young people from Knoxbrooke Nursery to attend RYLA in July; the Primary school Speech contest is organised for the end of July; Rotary Downunder from July will be available in both print form and email and all members should expect to receive both; one of the Club's trailers has been successfully sold; it has been decided that the current system for preparation of meals will be continued for the Winter months and it is asked that all members lend a hand to "clean up" after dinner; Sponsorship for the Car Show is being prepared...Do you know of a new sponsor ? Distributions from our Fundraising will be made to Romac, Interplast, Aust Rotary Health Research Fund, Foundation and Operation Cleft.

The treasurer has asked me to remind all members that annual subscriptions are now due.
We are in urgent need of home hosting for the next ROMAC patient, 14 yr old Serah from Tanna Island, Vanuatu. She will be accompanied to Melbourne by her older sister, Reina. Home hosting is required from June 30th.
Serah will be treated for a knee problem at St Vincent’s. Private Hospital East Melbourne. The length of stay is currently unknown.
Her initial consult is on July 2nd at Nth. Melbourne and her operation on her knee will be done at St Vincent’s Private Hospital.
There is an allowance available to the home host, who must have a Working with Children card. This can be arranged through Rotary.
