President's Message
PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Its that time of the year, again. It seems to come around faster and faster each year. In our troubled world, the best we can do is to bring peace and happiness into each others lives. But at the same time, there is so much to do. The Car Show takes prominence for our Club, and we do well to remember why we do it. The major benefactor is the Royal Childrens Hospital and to make the lives of sick children better. So all hands on deck for Wednesday, it is normally a bumper event. There has been a lot of preparation, and we only received the traffic permit on Friday afternoon. Many many thanks to those who did their bit to hasten things up, but especially Brian who carried the "worry load".
A lot of members are busy making presentations at our local Primary schools over the current week to present the outstanding student the Junior Citizenship Award. Thanks to Peter for organising and to those members for presentation. Service Above Self in action.
Last Wed night we had a spectacular Christmas break up celebration. It was so great to see Honoray members present, plus an excellent array of guests and previous members. A splendid array of salads and meats were done by all members and partners and oh the culinary expertise of Tim's four different ice creams with raspberries and strawberries. A great night had by all.
Thats all from me, Yours in Rotary and see you at the Car Show.
President Paul.

We delivered the first 50 frozen meals to Wandin Senior Citizens this morning the 13th of December, ready to be handed out to the needy.
They were delighted and send their appreciation to Jake for supplying the meals.
