PRESIDENTS REPORT
Last Tuesday we had our December Board meeting and the main
topic of discussion was the Australia Day Breakfast and the Family
Fun Day on the same day. We have confirmed our guest speaker
and will also have speeches presented by 2 of our Primary School
Speech contest winners. Invitations will be sent out shortly.
We had a very successful Car Show on Wednesday evening, with
nearly 450 show cars in attendance and a nice and warm evening
enjoyed by all. The earlier start of 4 o’clock resulted in a much more
ordered entry for the cars and the band was rocking. Thanks go to
Brian for another great effort and also to all members, partners,
friends, Seville CFA, Upper Yarra Rotary and the RCH Auxiliary for
their support on the night.
Theres not much more to add, other than to wish everyone a very
Merry Christmas and safe and Happy New Year. Looking forward to
more volunteering in Rotary in 2026.
