President's Message
PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Last Wed night thanks go to Tracey Henderson who organised a marvellous social evening at the Wandin Pizz Bar & Bistro. Due to the balmy weather, she had selected the outdoor area which was just perfect as we had it to ourselves and it weas nice & roomy. Well that was until the storm hit and the outdoor area was not such a great idea. Oh well, luckily we were all accomodated inside. It was great to have all partners and as well some guests. A nice tidy 24, thanks Tracey.
This week we will pack apples for the Primary Schools on Wed evening at 3.00pm at Corbetts Shed on the Seville Monbulk Road. We will have a barbecue dinner. It can never be underestimated the goodwill that this project generates within the Community.
Our Christmas breakup will be held the following Wed on Dec 11th at The Hub at 6.00pm. Please invite family, friends & guests remembering to let Ray know numbers by Monday lunchtime prior.
Whilst on the subject of events, the Council permit to conduct the Family Free Fun Day on Monday Jan 27th 2025 was granted this week. To avoid confusion, this is a separate event to our Australia Day breakfast on Sun the 26th.
Thats all from me,
Yours in Rotary
Paul Martin
