I am not sure of the time however I entered this post to let people know that we are setting up for Australia Day on this day.

Big Day - Australia Day Breakfast followed by Family Fun Day Activities

It was agreed upon that this meeting will be cancelled due to our big event Monday 26th.. 

The meeting is cancelled for this week.   Jeanette has sent all members 2 proposales that need to be voted on so please read them and see if you approve. And maybe suggest what you would like to contiribut or add on as this is our space to create.

Last Show - We will all need to promote this event. 

This evening we present Vocational Service Awards and invite other club members to join us. 

It will be a big night with Party Food.

This is an evening of sharing ideas and working on what the Wandin Rotary Club can be doing to create activities and fun.

Jeanette will give a run down of what is happing so far with regards to the "Wandin Rotary - Creative Artisans Village".

This is everyone's opportunity to think about how they would like to be involved.  If they have friends or associates who have an interest in the Arts and would like to have a stall.   

There will also be an overview of how the Winter Solstice Candle Light Concert is coming along.

Please feel free to initiate some events for the program for June / July / August as these are the cold months and we need something to do that is fun ang engaging.

There will be no meeting on Wednesday as we will be doing this instead.

We have booked the Cinema for our First Rotary 9815 Safe Communnities Event held by Rotary Belgrave. 

Club members can come together for an informative and enjoyable evening.

There will be a short presentation about Rotary 9815 Safe Commuities project 
- Rotary Saying No to Domestic Violence and Yes to Respectful Relationships.

Tickets are $25 and the movie is "I Swear".  There is a link to the trailer from the above link.

We picked the movie as it is a true story and is a comedy as well as an insight in to an illness we know little about. 

I hope to see all members there.

Fellowship Dinner for all members and partners

This will be an interesting event with an induction for Martha and a visit from Oliver Win from Star Media Group who will hold a short talk.

There will also be another visitor called ZOE the Yarra Valley Eel.

Oliver will be taking notes on our launch for the "Wandin Rotary - Creative Artisans Villa" whiich is part ofo ur Community Connections Project. 

I will update this are after board meeting.

This will be the day we hold our first Creative Artisans Village Event. 10am to 4pm.

This is a time for members and partners to experience our Concert evening.  

We will have dinner followed by a practice concert so we can all reherse our roles before the big day

Put up stage, check candles, set up some chairs, I will ask if we can put up the stage and leave it there until the 17th.

See what we are wearing.   You will see the entire 50 minute concert with 5min introduction and 5min ending speech. 

We will need to be all ready by 5pm as the guests arrive. 

Sausage Sizzle will be our dinner.  There are two sessions 5.30 to 6.30 and 7.30 to 8.30.

At the end we will all take home a box of candles, We ill need to remove the stage and put back chairs. Hopefully out by 9pm if we are all doing tis.
